Immanuel – duo of Roni Lempiäinen and Mikael Meklin – is a hip-hop duo founded in 2012 that has risen to become one of the leading names in Finnish gospel music. Their music has gathered millions of streams and established a strong position as a voice that resonates with the younger generation.
Immanuel made their debut with the album Kilosanomaa, followed by Jumalanmiehii I (2013) and Jumalanmiehii II (2023). Among the most-listened-to tracks from the latest album are “El Shaddai”, “G.O.A.T”, and “Verikuu”. Their currently upcoming fourth album takes Immanuel’s sound even further — Palavana Soi offers a preview of a more ambitious, even orchestral production that marks the beginning of a new era in their music.
