Arrival Instructions

Due to the arena’s central location, the easiest way to arrive is by public transportation. The arena does not have its own dedicated parking areas. However, if you wish to arrive by car, there are several parking facilities located near the arena. Please see detailed arrival instructions for different modes of transport via the provided link.

If your ticket is marked with A or C, enter through Entrance A.
If your ticket is marked with B or D, enter through Entrance B.

This ensures you arrive directly at the correct side of the arena.

Your ticket grants entry for the entire day, and you may leave the event area and re-enter later. Please be prepared for ticket inspection and security screening each time you re-enter.

Cloakroom

A paid cloakroom (€3.50) is available at the event. You may leave items such as strollers or larger bags if needed.

Arriving at VIP Eventum

VIP Eventum is located on the first floor at arena level.
Event staff at the main entrances will guide you if needed.

Arriving at VIP Ruby & Fellas

VIP Ruby & Fellas is located on the sixth floor. Access is available from the arena’s main entrances either by elevator to the 6th floor or via the staircase near Entrance B.

Arriving at Skyboxes

Skyboxes are located on the 4th and 6th floors.
Clear signage and event staff will assist you in finding the correct box.

Accessibility

Accessibility has been carefully considered in the design of Nokia Arena, making movement with mobility aids smooth and easy throughout the venue.

• Accessible entrance is located between Entrances A and B

• All floors are accessible by elevator

Wheelchair and companion seating is located in seating blocks A1, A2, B1, and B2. Companion seats are located directly behind wheelchair spaces.

Accessible taxi drop-off is available via Sorinkatu Street, from where elevators provide direct access to arena level.

There are three free accessible parking spaces on Sorinkatu Street. Paid accessible parking spaces are available at Aimo Park Arena, with elevator access to arena level.

Safe together

Glow Festival is a celebration of gospel music where everyone is welcome just as they are. The festival brings together people from diverse backgrounds, and harassment, discrimination, or offensive behavior is not tolerated.

Everyone at Glow—staff, volunteers, artists, and visitors—contributes to a safe environment by acting openly, respectfully, and kindly toward one another.

Photography and filming guidelines

Official photographers and videographers will capture material during the event for Glow Festival marketing purposes. If you do not wish to appear in photos or videos, please inform the photographer.

Visitors are welcome to take photos and videos for personal use.
Mobile phones and pocket cameras are allowed.

Please note that professional cameras and GoPro cameras are not permitted without special permission.

Security screening

A security check will be conducted at the event. Security staff will take individual accessibility needs into account to ensure the best possible experience for everyone.

Please note that the following items are not permitted inside the arena:

• Large backpacks, bags, or suitcases
• Glass items and metal bottles
  (An empty 0.5 L bottle is allowed)
• Outside food and beverages
• Products containing pressurized gas (e.g. hairspray, deodorant)
• Professional cameras (including GoPro)
• Selfie sticks
• Large flags, banners, or poles used as flagpoles

Restaurants

Nokia Arena offers a wide range of restaurants providing unforgettable food and beverage experiences for all tastes. All restaurants will be open during the Glow Festival.
