At the Times Square Concert, the stage will welcome directly from New York the longtime bassist of the legendary Times Square Church, Juha Antturi.
Raised in Helsinki, Antturi began his music studies at the age of seven at the Helsinki Conservatory of Music. The talented bassist quickly became a sought-after name in the Finnish gospel and studio scene, and at just 19 years old his path led him to New York to become a musician at Times Square Church.
During his more than 30-year career, Antturi has performed with numerous international gospel greats, including Donnie McClurkin, CeCe Winans and BeBe Winans, Marvin Winans, Cory Henry, and Natalie Grant. In addition to performing, he also composes his own music.
